- Cleaning the oven, cupboards, kitchen appliances and blinds is included in the service.
- Scale removal is part of the cleaning service.
- Please make sure that the fridge has been defrosted before the cleaning team enters the building.
- Please remove all your personal belongings before the cleaning team comes to the property.
- Make sure that inside the building there is water and electricity.
- We won't charge the client extra money if we have to get the keys from an agency.
- Our End-of-Tenancy cleaning service doesn't include washing walls or cleaning the house from outside.
- For cancellation of the reservation, you will have to contact us at least 24 hours before the cleaning service starts.
- Our company gives 48 Hours guarantee after the service is completed.
